Banana Chocolate Chip Mini Muffins

3 ripe bananas, mashed 1/2 cup butter, softened 1/3 cup sugar 2 eggs 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour 1/2 cup chocolate chips 1/2 cup pecans, chopped I have tweaked two different recipes to develop what is now my favorite. These any time snackalicious mini muffins aren't too sweet and are high rising and have a buttery, banana, chocolate chip, nutty flavor.  Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix moist ingredients together, then add the dry ingredients, except for the chocolate chips and pecans.  Blend all the batter ingredients together, then add the last two.  Using a large stainless steel scoop, fill silicone mini muffin pan cups.  Bake for 8 minutes at 400 degrees, then lower oven temperature to 350 degrees. Bake additional ten minutes.  Remove from oven and let cool in pan for five minutes, then pop out by pushing from bottoms of each silicone cup and continue cooling on rack.  Makes about 18 mini muff
