"The greeting cards have all been sent..."

Well, maybe not ALL of them. But at least a big chunk of my Christmas cards were sent out in the past two days. At least anyone who sent me one already, got one sent out. Now I'm working on gathering addresses for a few who didn't send me a card. I had a lot of fun making them this year, and worked on them while I was in Colorado. I love getting cards in the mail! It's the best kind of mail there is. Fun mail is welcome ANY time of year, so thank you to each of you who sent me and the family a card this holiday season! I treasure opening each of them and here's something strange to know about me...I don't throw them away, but keep them for YEARS! I keep them all bunched up together by year, and sometimes I have fun going through old ones. If you are reading this post and didn't get a card from me and would like for me to send you one, email me and I'll be happy to. (But if you already mailed a card to us this year, yours is en route.) Happy new year!

Somehow I read the cookie exchange post and then missed all the next posts until today! A belated Happy New Year to you! How is Lindsay's surgery site doing? Sherm has one of those pencil tattoos on his chest from 50 years ago! The Christmas gathering looked like tons of fun--how cool is that to live on a lake? And to have all the family together?! It's wonderful to see the way your family has embraced adoption and blessed so many childrens' lives.
I enjoyed all the pics and descriptions of your exciting holidays. Your photo of DIA is beautiful!!! We lived in Aurora for 5 years, near the airport site.

Bobbi, I cannot tell you how many people have told me that about having a pencil tattoo from year ago! I had no idea and am really glad I took Lindsey in to get it removed from her forehead. She's doing fine. I will take a picture of it soon so everyone can see it.

Yes, we had a fun trip. I can't wait until I have time to catch up on everyone else's blogs, as I'm WAY behind.
they were so incredible. you did a great job.

Way to go Kelly! I am the worst at sending Christmas cards because I want to make each one personal; the task seems so overwhelming that I often don't even get started. Good work.

As always it looks like they are amazing. I am sure that you put a lot of thought into each one. I love the color scheme that you used. And your family photo is beautiful. I was so glad to see you today. You look great. I am glad that you had a fun trip.

Kelly, I loved your card! And the quote in there. It's one of my favorites. You and I have something in common, I keep past Christmas cards too! I love looking over them every year when I take out my decorations. :)

Hi Conni,
I'm GLAD you liked the quote on my card...considering I saw it on YOUR blog! Thanks for the inspiration. Very cool that you save your cards too.
Love,
Kelly

I LOVED your Christmas Card- thanks so much!! You always make such CUTE cards. I have been using my past card camp cards here in CS and now they're asking ME to teach a card making class for the next HFI night- HELP!! I'm totally going to need your input on this one, and maybe some of your supplies if you could spare them for a week or two.
I've loved all your other posts and your holidays have sounded and looked so fun! Your in-laws have a very cool set up and I'm sure it was so nice to have so much family around, and probably a little chaotic at times too- I know all about that. I'll be calling you soon.
