I love hanging out with my sisters and brother. We always have a fun time.
Here are their seven new Shih Tzu puppies.
Uncle Marc and Kelly golfed for more the five hours the next day in the smoldering heat on the golf course behind Tom and Julie's house. They had an awesome time on the greens.
Grandpa and Grandma showed up for the barbecue and to see us. We celebrated Lindsey and Madison's birthdays.
Morgan, Lindsey, and Reagan (Morgan's other cousin, who happens to live right next door) went on a triple date with Michael, Miles, and Brian that night and left shortly after our party began. They had a blast doing the silly activities the boys had planned, like flying kites, but had to go to Walmart to buy one, but couldn't find any, so did other kooky things that they considered extremely entertaining.
These puppies were so adorable, but their mom, Cookie, was my favorite. It was so sweet seeing how she cared for her little baby doggies.
You can clearly see how the term "dog-pile" got started.
Brinley and Christopher had a nice time hanging out and playing.
Marc brought a game of Hillbilly Horseshoe that he made himself for all to enjoy.
Lindsey was long gone by the time we sang happy birthday, but Madison did the honors of blowing out the candles for the two of them. Her birthday is not until September, but she was supposed to be in China by now until December, so we celebrated her big TWO-O early.
